1:1 Sessions

Day time and Evening Appointments Available

I offer private sessions for individuals seeking personalised support for pain and/or fatigue conditions and those that would like to work on building resiliency and reducing stress. Prior to our first session, I will ask you to reflect on a health questionnaire and the areas in which you would like support. In our first session, we will explore this in more depth and agree on how we will work together. I will then guide you through some practices and points of self inquiry, that are tailored to your individual needs.

The session will conclude with me putting together a personalised practice for you. This may include mindfulness, relaxation/self regulation techniques, movement, breath work, pacing advice, lifestyle suggestions and/or points of inquiry for you to reflect upon. Following the session, I will forward a video and handout, to help guide you in your home practice, in-between sessions.

 Our first session is either 60 or 90 minutes long (agreed between us, in advance), so that we have time to discuss your needs and what you would like to achieve. Follow up sessions are then 60 minutes each. All 1:1 appointments are currently hosted over Zoom(a free to download video app), so that you can attend from the comfort of your own home.

 I am conscious of accessibility, in regard to the health questionnaire. This can be sent to you via email, post (if you would prefer to complete this by hand) or we can run through this in a short telephone call prior to your first session, so that no typing or writing is required. All information disclosed will be kept in the strictest of confidence and stored in compliance with GDPR legislation.

Sessions are charged at £40.00 per hour.
