Explore a somatic approach to movement and yoga asana. This class is designed to help you relax and develop sensory awareness, whilst mobilising, releasing tension and stagnation.
These sessions may be beneficial for those feeling drained or “tired but wired” from the challenges of current world circumstances, along with those experiencing post- viral fatigue, including “long-COVID’.
