Upward Frog Yoga

Join me for ‘Movement to Meditation’ each Monday evening from 19.30 – 20.30.

This 60 minute class aims to demystify meditation and prepare for the practice through movement.
In the first 30 minutes of this class, you will be guided through a variety of movement practices to help you prepare and settle for meditation. 

For the second 30 minutes of the class you will be guided through a led, mindfulness-based meditation. A wide variety of meditation postures will be offered, from lying down to seated, so that you can find one that works best for your body. There will be a little time to share experiences and ask questions, for those that would like to, at the end of the practice.
Suitable for all and beginners are always welcome.
